CIK FITRIYAH ABDULLAH
Fitriyah read law at the International Islamic University Malaysia and graduated with LL.B (Honours) in April 2003. She then commenced her pupillage in the chambers of YM Tunku Farik Bin Tunku Ismail in this firm. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 11th of March 2004. She is currently practising in the area of banking litigation.

MS. NATHALEE OWYANG
Nathalee read law at the University of Buckingham, England and graduated with LL.B(Hons) in 1998. She further obtained her Master of Laws from the same University specialising in International Trade and Commercial Law and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2000. Thereafter, she chambered under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Kan Weng Hin of Messrs Azam-Malek & Soh and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 28th September 2001. She then practised with Messrs Paul Chong & Nathan in the area of banking and general litigation and conveyancing. She later continued practise briefly in Messrs Y M Chin & Lee before joining this firm on 1st September, 2005 as a legal assistant and is currently practising in the area of conveyancing, corporate and commercial law.

MR. ILANG KANNAN A/L LETCHUMANAN
Mr. L.I. Kannan graduated from the University of London with honours in 1999 and completed his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) exams in 2002. Thereafter, he commenced his pupilage in Messrs. Ravindra & Associates, Kuala Lumpur. Mr Kannan was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 25th September 2003 and subsequently joined Messrs. Shahrizat Rashid and Lee as an Associate in the Litigation Department. He has also practised as an Associate in Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co in 2005 and has joined this firm on 1st March 2006 as a legal assistant in the Motor Insurance and Takaful Department. Mr. Kannan obtained his masters degree in law (LL.M.) from University Malaya in September 2007.

MS. LEENA MANAHARAN
Leena read law at the University of London (External) and graduated with LL.B. (Honours) in the year 2004. She obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2006 and commenced her pupillage in the chambers of Mr. B. Balakumar in this firm. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 23rd August 2007 and is currently practising in the area of Insurance and Takaful litigation.

MS. TAN SIOK KENG
Siok Keng graduated from the University of Malaya with LL.B (Honours) in 2006. She read in the Chambers of Mr. Fong at Messrs. Khaw & Partners from 2006 to 2007. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 11th May 2007. She commenced her practice as a legal assistant in Khaw & Partners practicing in the area of banking litigation. She joined this firm on 16th October, 2007 as a legal assistant in the Insurance and Takaful Litigation Department.

MS. TAN SIXIN
Sixin graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol with a second class upper LL.B (Honours) degree in 2005. The following year, she was awarded second class lower upon her completion of the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP). Shen then commenced her pupillage and read in the Chambers of Mr Edmund Liew Yin Chiang. On 29th November 2007, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Her current area of practice is Insurance and Takaful, Reinsurance and Re-Takaful Litigation.

MR. TAN LAY SAN (NELSON)
Nelson Tan graduated with an external LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of London in 2004 and received the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2006. Thereafter he commenced his pupilage under the guidance of YM Tunku Farik Ismail and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on February 15, 2008. He was retained as a Legal Assistant in our firm. He now practices in the area of Banking Litigation.

CIK ZURAIFAH ABD RAHMAN
Zuraifah graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2007 with LL.B (Hons). Upon completion of her pupillage, she joined us as a Legal Assistant in May 2008. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 22nd May, 2008. Currently she is practising in the area of Medico-Legal litigation.

ENCIK. MUHAMMAD ARIFF BIN ABU BAKAR
Muhammad Ariff graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2006 with LL.B (Hons). He commenced his pupillage under the guidance of Encik Abd Rahman in Messrs Othman Hashim & Co. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 6th May, 2007. He was retained as a Legal Assistant at Othman Hashim & Co and has been practising in the area of Motor Claim and Banking matters. He joined this firm on 23rd September, 2008 and is currently practising in the area of Motor Claims Insurance and Takaful Litigation.

MR. THIYAGARAJEN KRISHNAN
Thiyagarajen is an ex-government employee who served the local council of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) for almost 14 years. He took up his law studies on part-time basis and graduated with an external LL.B (Hons) Degree (Lower Division) from the University of London in the year 2000 and went on to complete his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in the year 2002 and graduated the following year. He was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor on 27th May 2004. He commenced his legal career with Messrs Azman Ahmad & Co. under the General Litigation Department. He stayed on there for almost two years before joining a conveyancing firm namely Messrs. Norhayati Sri Raman Mathew & Co. He left the firm on 30th November 2008 and moved on to Messrs. Robert Devan & Co. to gain exposure in appellate matters in the areas of General Litigation. He remained in that firm until 31st July 2009 and thereafter immediately joined this firm to venture in the area of Motor Claim Insurance and Takaful Litigation.

MS. MARIA BINTI MOHD HARIS
Maria graduated from the University of London (External) with LL.B (Honours) in year 2000 and went on to complete her Certificate of Legal Practice in year 2002 before commencing her pupillage with Messrs. Azim Tunku Farik & Wong. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur on 21st February 2003. She then joined Messrs Shatar Tan & Chee as an associate in the year 2003 and subsequently Messrs Ghazi & Lim in the year 2004. She joined this firm on 1st August 2009 as a legal assistant and her current area of practice is in the field of banking, Conveyancing, corporate and commercial law.

MS. LEE BEE HSIA
Bee Hsia graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2008 with LL.B (Hons). She commenced her pupillage under the guidance of Mr Goh Keng Tat in Messrs Mah Weng Kwai Seow & Megat. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26th June, 2009. She joined this firm on 20th July, 2009 and currently doing Banking Litigation.

MS. AUDREY EVA FERNANDEZ
Audrey graduated with a second class upper from University of London (external) programme in 2007. She obtained a second class lower in the CLP examination the following year. She commenced her pupillage in Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co under the guidance of Ms Anita Balakrishnan. On 8th August, 2009 she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya. She joined this firm as a Legal Assistant in August 2009. Her current area of practice is Insurance and Takaful Litigation

MS. LEE YEE WAH (JESSICA)
Jessica Lee graduated with an external LL.B (Hons) Degree from University of London in 2007 and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in year 2008. She then commenced her pupillage and read in the Chambers of YM Tunku Farik Bin Tunku Ismail and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 21st August 2009. She was retained by our firm as a Legal Assistant in the Insurance and Takaful, Reinsurance and Re-Takaful Litigation department.

MS. PATRICIA BOO CHIAO YIN
Patricia Boo graduated with an external LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of London in 2007. The following year, she was awarded second class lower in Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP). She commenced her pupilage in the chambers of Messrs Lee Swee Seng & Co and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 29th August 2009. She joined Messrs Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong in August 2009. Her current area of practice is Insurance Litigation.

MS. SRI THURAIYA BINTI MOHD ALI
Sri Thuraiya graduated from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in 2006 with LL.B (Hons). She then commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Ahmad Daud & Associates and was retained there as a Legal Assistant from July 2007 to October 2008. On 6th July 2006, she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She also obtained Diploma in Shariah & Legal Pratise (DSLP) from IIUM in 2007. She later continued practise in Messrs. Ravi, Lalitha & Associates in Mac 2009 as a Legal Assistant in Motor Claim & General Litigation. She joined this firm on 1st November 2009 and currently practising in the area of Motor Claims Insurance and Takaful Litigation.
