Our firm commenced practice as Messrs. Azim, Ong & Krishnan on the 1st of January, 1985. The founding partners were Encik Zainal Azim, Mr. Ong Boo Kok and Mr. Vijayaram Krishnan. Mr. Ong Boo Kok, Mr. Vijayaram Krishnan and Encik Zainal Azim have since retired as partners of the firm. On the 1st of July, 1990 Tunku Farik Ismail was made a partner. Mr. Wong Hok Mun was made a partner on the 1st of January, 1992. Mr. Edmund Liew was made a partner on the 1st of January 1996. Mr. B. Balakumar was made a partner on the 1st of January, 1998. In June 1999, our firm changed its name to Messrs. Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong. Mr. T Tharumarajah was made partner on the 1st of January, 2001 whilst Mr. Anantharajah Shanmugam was made a partner on the 1st of January, 2006. Mr. Wong Wai Leong was admitted as a partner on January 1, 2011 and Ms Chithra Jeganathan and Ms Tan Sixin were both admitted as partners on 1st January 2013. Ms. Elaine Koh was made a partner of the Firm on January 1, 2016. Ms Yeo Lee Peng, Mr. Teh Kiang Boon and Mr. Amos Siew Yih Jhien were admitted as partners on January 1, 2021
