Mahen s/o Rasanayagam graduated from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, with a second class upper LL.B (Honours) degree in the year 2015 and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) the following year. Thereafter, he commenced his pupillage and read in the Chambers of our Ms. Jasvindar Kaur. On 05th January 2018, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He has since been retained as an Associate and practices in the Insurance Litigation Department.

Low Yee Leng graduated from University of Hull, United Kingdom with LLB (Hons) in July 2016. She subsequently obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2019. Thereafter, she commenced her pupilage under the tutelage of our Mr. Edmund Liew Yin Chiang. In December 2020, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She has since been retained as an Associate in our firm and is currently practicing in the area of Banking, Commercial, Corporate and Conveyancing.

Asha graduated from University of Reading, United Kingdom with an LL.B (Hons) (2nd Class Upper) in the year 2017 and subsequently was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn as a Barrister-at-Law in the year 2019. Thereafter, she commenced her pupillage under the tutelage of our Ms. Chithra Jeganathan and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2021. She has since been retained as an Associate and is currently practicing in the area of Insurance, Reinsurance and Re-Takaful Litigation.

Liaw graduated from The National University of Malaysia (UKM) with Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 2020. Thereafter, he commenced his pupillage under the tutelage of our Mr. Balakumar s/o Balasundram. In November 2021, he was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He has since been retained as an Associate in our firm and is currently practicing in the area of Insurance, Takaful, Reinsurance and Re-Takaful Litigation.

Leona graduated with a Second Class Upper LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Reading, United Kingdom in 2015. She also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, specialising in international commercial law including financial and monetary, competition and consumer protection law. She obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2017 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in March 2019. Prior to joining us, Leona completed her pupillage in the chambers of Messrs. Zul Rafique & Partners where she assisted with construction law, alternative dispute resolution matters and also other capacities including audit, compliance and legal. She joined this firm as an Associate in April 2022 and is currently practising in the area of conveyancing, corporate, banking and commercial.

Nuramirah Hafni graduated from University of Malaya with LL.B (Honours) in 2022. She commenced her pupilage at Messers. Selva Jailani & Co under the guidance of Mr Jailani Anuwar. Subsequently, she was called to the Malaysian Bar in September 2022. She joined Messers Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong as an Associate in February 2023 and her current area of practice is Insurance Litigation.

Elaine graduated from University of Hull with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and subsequently obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2021. Thereafter, she commenced her pupillage in Messrs Choo Dee Wei under the tutelage of Mr Choo Dee Wei. In February 2023, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She has joined this firm in March 2023 and is currently practicing in the area of Insurance, Takaful, Reinsurance and Re-Takaful Litigation.

Megat graduated from Cardiff University with an LL.B (Hons) (2nd Class Upper) in the year 2017 and subsequently was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple as a Barrister-at-Law in the year 2020. Thereafter, he commenced his pupillage under the tutelage of our Ms Tan Sixin and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2021. He joined this firm as an Associate in March 2022 and is currently practicing in the area of Insurance, Takaful, Reinsurrance and Re-Takaful Litigation.

Justin Lee Soong Jun graduated with LL.B (Hons) from University of Leeds in 2020. He later obtained his Master of Laws in Legal Practice (LL.M) and completed his Bar Training Course (Bar) from BPP University - Leeds in 2021. Justin was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple) in 2021.Thereafter, he commenced his pupillage in our firm under the tutelage of our Ms. Tan Sixin. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2023. Justin has since been retained in our firm and practices in the General Litigation Department, led by our Mr Wong Hok Mun and Ms Koh Pei Siah (Elaine).

Tan Ying Xuan (Ying) pursued her law degree at the University of Liverpool, UK where she graduated with a Second Upper Class (Hons). Ying then obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2021 which she passed on her first seating. Flowing from that, Ying commenced her pupillage under the tutelage of our Ms Koh Pei Siah (Elaine).Thereafter, Ying was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023. As a retention offer was extended, Ying continued her legal career with our firm as an Associate under the Banking and General Litigation Department.

Anges Boo Lee Choon graduated with LL.B (Hons) from University of Reading in 2019. She later obtained her Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in Citi, University of London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-law (Lincoln Inn) in 2020. Thereafter, upon completing her pupillage, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023. Her current area of practice is General Litigation.

Tan Jia Qian (Hayley) graduated from the University of London with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in the Bachelor of Laws in the year 2020. Subsequently, Hayley obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in the year 2022, which she passed on her first attempt. Thereafter, she commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Siong & Rita under the tutelage of Mr. Ong Chin Siong. In June 2023, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She joined this firm in July 2023 and is currently practicing in the area of Insurance, Takaful, Reinsurance and Re-Takaful Litigation.

Nor Adibah obtained her LL.B from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2020. She commenced her pupilage in the Chambers of Encik Mohd Tahril Bin Jamia'an at Messrs V.M. Kumaran & Co and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 20th Mac, 2022. Thereafter, she was retained as a Legal Assistant in the Motor Department and mainly focusing on matters relating to personal injury and property damage claims. In October 2023, she joined this firm as an Associate specializing in Motor Claims Insurance.

Erma Syofea graduated with First Class Honors from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in November 2022. She commenced her pupillage in our firm under the tutelage of Ms. J. Chithra and was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2023. Erma has since been retained as an Associate in our firm and her current area of practice is Insurance Litigation.

Joyce obtained her L.L.B. from University of London in 2021. She later achieved a distinction in her L.L.M. (Bar training course) from Cardiff University in 2022. Upon completion of her pupilage, she was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in August 2023. In September 2023, she joined this firm as an Associate specialising in Medico Legal Litigation.

Jovine Ling graduated with First-Class Honours from Multimedia University (MMU) in November 2022. She was also awarded the Tun Azmi Foundation Award 2022 by the Faculty of Law. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Sidek Teoh Wong & Dennis, and in October 2023, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She joined Messrs Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong as an Associate in December 2023 and is currently practicing in the area of Insurance Litigation.
